Who we are

This site is operated by Ruvini Witjetilaka PLLC, doing business as Mecca Health, a medical practice with offices at 99 John Street, New York, NY 10038.

The plan builder and the consultation request

The questions on this site are an intake tool, not a clinical assessment. The result you see is a general description of a starting point, generated from the answers you select. It is not a diagnosis, it does not tell you whether any treatment is right for you, and it does not mean the practice has accepted you as a patient. A physician decides what is clinically appropriate, after an actual evaluation.

Submitting a form is a request for a conversation. We may decline to schedule a call, and we may decline to accept someone as a patient, for clinical, geographic or operational reasons.

No promises about results

We do not promise any particular outcome. Any experience described on this site is that of the individual described and is not a prediction of what will happen to you. Results vary from person to person.

Prescription treatments

GLP-1 therapies, hormone therapy including testosterone, and peptide therapy are prescription treatments. They require a medical evaluation, they are prescribed only when a physician judges them clinically appropriate, and they are not available on request. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a prescription medicine.

Where we can provide care

The practice provides in-person care in New York City and telehealth only to residents of California, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If you live somewhere else we cannot treat you, whatever the site may allow you to submit.

Using the site properly

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it by automated means, or submit information about someone else without their permission. You must be at least 18 to use it.

Accuracy of what you tell us

Please give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to decide whether we can help you and to prepare for a call. Inaccurate information may lead to advice or scheduling that does not suit your situation.

Our content

The text, images, video, design and logos on this site belong to Mecca Health or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share the pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or adapt them for anything else without our written permission.

Other websites

We link to third-party sites, including our scheduling and patient portal. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply when you are on them.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the general information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mecca Health and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability relating to the professional care we actually provide to patients.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect on this site and how we handle it, and forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
